Fitness Classes with Lux Fitness
Every Monday 6pm & Wednesday 9am & 6pm
Sabine runs a variety of classes in both Tabata & Booty style.

Join us for another EPIC challenge with a full hour of power with a mix of Tabata & Booty workouts.
Tabata is a a type of hiit training, with shorter intervals, it's ideal for beginners or someone who wants to kick back the fitness buzz.
​
Booty is one of my most popular class, it's a low cardio workout with our booty Resistance bands (bands provided) for a full muscle activation for legs and Booty.
BOOTY is a real toner for inner thighs, legs and lifting up that Booty.
​
We also strengthening pelvic floor muscles and SUPPORT muscle imbalances in improving a better & stronger performance in doing lunges and squats.
​

Tumble Tots
Thursdays during term time 10:30am - 11:30am
Tumble Tots is suitable for children under 5 years who are crawling.
​
Parents must be in attendance to encourage soft play with a variety of fun activities. There is a gold coin donation fee.
​
Come down and have a coffee whilst the kids play.
